About JARN

JARN（蒔然）takes its name from the Chinese character 蒔 (shí) — to plant, to cultivate — and the philosophy of 自然 (zìrán), meaning naturalness and spontaneity. We are a floristry studio dedicated to cultivating beauty through the natural rhythms of flowers, following the seasons and letting each bloom express its true nature.

What We Do

Our style is deeply influenced by wabi-sabi and Chinese ink painting aesthetics: asymmetry, simplicity, and the beauty of impermanence. Arrangements feature sculptural branches, seasonal blossoms, and textural foliage, composed with restraint and reverence. Every piece is a meditation in form and space.

Our Philosophy

JARN is not just a florist — it’s a philosophy. We practice ‘slow floristry’: sourcing mindfully, arranging deliberately, and encouraging customers to appreciate the full lifecycle of a flower, from tight bud to falling petal. We offer workshops in floral meditation, ikebana, and the art of seeing beauty in imperfection.

Where We Deliver

JARN delivers across Hong Kong with same-day service. Our studio-gallery in Kennedy Town hosts monthly exhibitions, workshops, and tea ceremonies. Bespoke commissions and corporate wellness programmes are available.
